On behalf of myself and my client, I wish to thank both you and your company as well as your supplier/artist, for replacing the MOM hand blown glass display that was broken.  Your artist did a wonderful job in creating a replacement for the broken piece that was not sold in stores.  He took the photo that we sent and duplicated the item as close as possible.
